Roles and Responsibilities:
●Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.Source, screen, and hire candidates for diverse roles.
●Campus and Off-Campus Hiring: Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and institutes for on-campus and off-campus hiring.Conduct campus drives to meet hiring objectives.
●Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired qualifications. Draft job descriptions, plan recruitment strategies, and execute hiring campaigns.
●Candidate Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.Assess candidates’ skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural alignment with the organization.
●Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of talent for mass and critical roles.
●Onboarding and Documentation: Handle background verification (BGV), reference checks, and document collection.Coordinate with the onboarding team for a seamless transition of new hires.
●Recruitment Tools and Systems: Leverage various recruitment portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient hiring.
Skills and Experience:
●Technical and Recruitment Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in recruiting for IT/Technology senior positions in Delhi/NCR.Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks for sourcing
●Campus Drive Coordination: Extensive network with engineering colleges and experience conducting recruitment drives.
●Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor team members.
●Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentations.
