Job Description

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives. Align the product strategy with the company's goals and growth targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product from ideation to launch and through its lifecycle. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage iterations to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions. Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to better understand customer needs and pain points.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Ensure smooth and effective product launches.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, and work across teams to resolve them to ensure product deadlines and quality are met.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product development processes and outcomes.


Skills and Experience:

  • Product Management Expertise: Solid experience in managing technology products, with a good understanding of the full product development lifecycle. Experience in Banking / Finance Industry products is a plus.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, teams, and executives.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate data into actionable product strategies.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and drive execution.
